If no options at all are available for your desired name then you either need to choose different related keywords or get creative and add extra words to your domain name eg. bestantibacterialsicknesscures.com (If antibacterialsicknesscures.com wasn’t available and all other endings weren’t available then I could try adding other descriptive words like best to my domain to see if that creates a unique domain name).
